We have recently completed the large scale earthworks on the above site.
Phase 1 of the works required stripping and stockpiling over 25000 m3 of topsoil and a cut and fill exercise of over 140000 m3 of spoil to produce the building footprints, service yards, car parks and access roads for four large industrial units.
All materials were modified on site with lime and cement to achieve the earthworks specification. Oversized rock encountered during the excavation works was crushed on site for use within the cut and fill works.
An area of approximately 120000 m2 was put to level for development with all areas covered with a 200 mm thick working platform. Over 50000 tonnes of stone has been imported to site currently for the working platform
Works commenced in June 2023 and were completed in October 2023.
